Ellsworth, Maine — Bar Harbor Bank & Trust's new financial Center at 125 High Street in Ellsworth is opening for business on Monday, July 2.

The new full-service branch features a five-person customer service counter, several offices for staff, a vault holding safe deposit boxes, two drive-thru lanes, plus a third lane housing a free-standing, drive-up ATM. Banking hours in the lobby continue to be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday ‐ Wednesday, and till 5:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. Drive-up hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday ‐ Thursday and till 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Saturday hours are 9:00 a.m. till 12:00 noon for both the lobby and the drive-up. The friendly branch staff, including Regional Vice President, Christopher Young; Branch Relationship Manager, Jody Warren; Personal Banker, Marlene Lloyd; and Customer Service Representatives, Jennifer, Theresa, Jen, and Gabriella are ready to help customers with their financial needs.

The north side of the building is the retail branch where Customer Service Representatives, a Personal Banker, and Managers will be available to assist customers. Penny Carter, VP/Retail and Residential Lending will have an office here as well. The south side of the building offers convenient access for business customers to meet with their banker, before or after conducting their bank transactions. Business Bankers, Will Hatt, Sam McGee and Jim Lacasse will have offices in the new branch, along with Commercial Lending Assistant, Carol Marshall. The 135 High Street building continues to house Bar Harbor Financial Services and Bar Harbor Trust Services staff with close, easy access.

With the opening of the new branch, the bank's temporary location in the Ellsworth Shopping Center next to Reny's, including the drive up and ATM, will be closed.
